OFF PEAK: Dec 5th – Dec 21st and March 9th – May 10th
PEAK: December 22nd – March 9th
HIGH PEAK SURCHARGE: ¥10,000 per cabin per night for New Years Dec 30th – January 3rd
Cancellation Policy: Over 30 days deposit is forfeited, under 30 days no refund.
Final payment: Required 60 days prior to booking commencement.
Credit card payments: Incur a 3.4% surcharge. Payment are converted and charged in AUD. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.
Payment: All prices are in JPY. Other currencies accepted. Exchange Rates are calculated using a monthly average at the time of quotation. The rate of exchange is determined by us. Payments in JPY from a non-Japanese bank account incur a 4500Y surcharge.
